Ok, we're going to have to try making the Jacques Torres cookies based off the recipe they had in the NY Times article b/c I'm not getting out to NYC anytime soon.

And bad news...Diddy Reese doesn't have PB cookies anymore! But I have discovered that the snickerdoodles are delicious.

These cupcakes were so good. I will see if I can make them into a sheet cake for Christmas. I was thinking that mixing the pudding with whipped cream may make it easier for filling the cupcakes, since it would be lighter...

Interesting. I wonder if it was too much flour. Or maybe too much fixing? I didn't like the recipe though...it was much more vague than most bread recipes that I've used.

I still have your potato flour. The Portuguese Sweet Rolls were good, somewhat more tough than what I would like. The lemon was good in there.

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/bittersweet-chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe2/index.html

These are my favorite chocolate chip cookies. I make them regularly, they're simple, and everyone loves them. Alton's recipe sounds like some work, but delicious!

This cake was my favorite! I actually liked the chiffon cake and the thin layers. It reminded me of chocolate peanut butter fudge, which is another favorite of mine. I finished off the cake you brought and I brought the leftover peanut brittle in to work since I really shouldn't be eating all of it! It went very quickly :)

So, I tried this again as mini-muffins. I also swapped out 1 cup of APF for whole wheat flour.

It made 36 mini muffins.

But I wasn't too hot on the texture of these. I'm not sure if i overmixed or if it was WWF itself. I think I'm going to try again with WW Pastry Flour.
